ワークショップ・セミナー in Japan(2024年3月7-10日)

3月3日から約1週間、JSPS研究拠点形成事業(アジア・アフリカ学術基盤形成型B)“山岳地域における遺伝的多様性データベース構築にむけた先端研究教育拠点の形成(コーディネーター:津田吉晃)の国際ワークショップセミナーを菅平高原で行いました。

インド・アショカ生態学環境研究トラスト(ATREE)、インドネシア・ガジャマダ大学、中国・浙江大学、タイ・マヒドン、フィリピン・ミンダナオ州立大学から15名の若手を含む研究者を招へいし、山岳科学センター教員や国内拠点の研究者ら40名弱で、研究紹介や今後のプロジェクトについて話し合いました。

イラン・タルビアト・モダレス大学研究者はオンライン参加しました。

菅平では開催時期に沢山雪が降り、熱帯域から来日した研究者には多雪期の山岳自然環境をみてもらうこともできました。
